Liliana is a Senior Lawyer at SMA – Silva, Martins & Associados.
With over 13 years of experience as a lawyer, Liliana specialises in commercial law and has been involved in a range of corporate restructuring operations across various sectors, as well as in company transformation, dissolution and liquidation processes.
Her extensive experience also includes advising private sector clients in the areas of investment, civil law, exchange control, real estate, land, labour law and telecommunications in Mozambique.
Liliana holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Eduardo Mondlane University, in Maputo, Mozambique, and is a member of the Mozambique Bar Association.
