Karina Arouca
Karina is a partner and senior lawyer at SMA — Silva, Martins & Associados, where she leads the Labour and Litigation practice.
With over 17 years of experience in the legal sector, Karina has been advising a wide range of national and international clients, focusing her practice on labour and commercial law. Throughout her career, she has also served as Executive Director of the Mozambique Bar Association.
Karina holds a postgraduate degree in International Trade Law from Eduardo Mondlane University, Maputo, Mozambique, and a law degree from ISCTEM – Higher Institute of Science and Technology of Mozambique, also in Maputo.
She is a certified judicial mediator accredited by the Judicial Mediation Service of the Maputo City Court and a member of the Mozambique Bar Association.
